BBQ Shrimp

1 stick margarine or butter
Salt to taste
Pepper or peppercorns to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
Sauce Options: 1-16oz. Jar Jessie Pearl’s BackWoods Barbeque Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce

 

 

 

1. Preheat oven to 450ºF
2. Wash and drain shrimp leaving shells on.
3. Place shrimp and margarine in pan (15×1-inch) deep enough to hold sauce.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, or peppercorns, juice of one lemon, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, margarine, and 3-4 dashes Tabasco.
5. Top with BackWoods Barbeque Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce in baking pan.
6. Bake at 450ºF for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with French bread for dipping into sauce.
